The TubeMagnet
The NTM42 Series tube magnets are designed specifically for OEMs and magnet grates users. Standard sizes include:
23.6 mm diameter x 150 mm and 23.6 mm diameter x 250 mm. Other lengths and diameters to meet individual requirements
are available on request.
Consistent high quality construction and powerful rare earth magnetic material combine to make these tube magnets
the perfect choice for food magnetic grades or industrial separation applications.
The NTM42 is constructed of a non-magnetic sleeve, encasing several 20 mm pockets of Neodium® powder separated
by 2 mm 400 series stainless steel yokes. The end plug is manufactured from high-grade 400 series stainless steel
electro-welded and polished to a flawless finish. This design provides high magnetic pull (10,18 to 11.81 K. Gauss)
where it is needed most, at the cylinder wall, with low magnetic pull (4.57 to 6.07 K Gauss) on the ends.
Products are manufactured in fully authorized and licensed world-class facilities in Asia. Standard configurations
are stocked in our California warehouse. Stock levels for custom units are determined according to the needs of
the customer and distributed according to pre-arranged agreements. This allows JIT delivery, monthly usage agreements
and as-needed agreements to dictate the shipping schedule reducing inventory costs and maintaining a ready supply.
